3.1 Course Offerings

BI FURNITURE LTD provides IT education courses including but not limited to:

• Full-Stack Web Development
• Data Science & Analytics
• Cybersecurity Specialist
• Mobile App Development

3.2 Course Content

We reserve the right to modify course content, schedules, and instructors as necessary to maintain educational quality and relevance.

4. Enrollment and Payment

4.1 Enrollment Process

Enrollment is subject to availability and completion of our application process. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Course fees must be paid in full before course commencement unless a payment plan has been agreed upon
• Payment plans, if available, require approval and may include additional terms
• All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy

4.3 Refund Policy

• Full refund if cancellation occurs more than 14 days before course start date
• 50% refund if cancellation occurs 7-14 days before course start date
• No refund for cancellations within 7 days of course start date
• No refund after course commencement except in exceptional circumstances

5. Student Responsibilities

5.1 Attendance and Participation

• Regular attendance is expected for all scheduled sessions
• Students must notify instructors of any absences in advance
• Active participation in coursework and projects is required

5.2 Academic Integrity

• All work submitted must be original and properly attributed
• Plagiarism or cheating will result in immediate dismissal from the program
• Students must respect intellectual property rights

5.3 Technology Requirements

• Students must have access to a computer and reliable internet connection
• Specific software requirements will be communicated before course start
• Technical support for personal devices is not provided

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Course Materials

All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, videos, and documentation, are the intellectual property of BI FURNITURE LTD and may not be reproduced or distributed without written consent.

6.2 Student Work

Students retain ownership of their original work created during courses, but grant BI FURNITURE LTD permission to use such work for educational and promotional purposes.

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Educational Outcomes

While we strive to provide quality education, we cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes, job placement, or career advancement.

8.2 Damages

BI FURNITURE LTD's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific course. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9.1 By BI FURNITURE LTD

We reserve the right to terminate a student's enrollment for:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Disruptive behavior affecting other students
• Non-payment of fees
• Academic dishonesty

9.2 By Student

Students may withdraw from courses subject to our refund policy outlined above.

10. Code of Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
• Maintain a professional learning environment
• Follow all applicable laws and regulations
• Not engage in harassment or discriminatory behavior

11. Force Majeure

BI FURNITURE LTD is not liable for any failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or public health emergencies.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
